AQUAFLEX PADDLES

This equipment will allow you to create multi-level exercise inventory for upper body resistance training for pool workouts. There are five levels of adjustable resistance or intensity progressions are available as well as two positions that you may hold the paddles. The drag resistance caused by using these paddles in the water will challenge your strength, balance, core and posture. Water Exercise is an excellent way to benefit your mobility, strength and cardio. Aquaflex paddles may progress your programs and be utilized in personal training programs or group exercise in either shallow and/or deep water aqua fitness depths!
